Practical information
Here you will find the most important information about what you need to bring, how to get there, and where you can leave the car.
What to bring?
You don't need to bring a lot of stuff to the sauna. Bring at least:
- Swimsuit if necessary
- Hand towel
- Drinking bottle
- Proper clothing and footwear
The sauna area is partly open-air throughout the year. In winter, it’s a good idea to bring warm and easy-to-put on shoes. In cooler weather, it’s a good idea to wear a beanie or sauna hat for relaxation.
If you want to fry sausages during the sauna evening, you can bring your own sausages with you.
The use of a swimsuit depends on the time of day. During general mixed shifts, people shower in their swimsuits. However, on Monday’s men’s shift, Tuesday’s women’s shift, and Wednesday’s quiet mixed shift, wearing a swimsuit is not mandatory.
In personal sauna treatments and sauna sessions, you can be fully or partially without a swimsuit according to your own wishes.
Remember to drink enough during the sauna session. Non-alcoholic beverages are available at the sauna.
